The Hick’s 3-D
challenge is a unique 3-D shoot where a quality prize can be won on
each of the 30 3-D targets that are set on the course. For every
heart or 20 that the shooter gets, the shooter puts a ticket in the
bag for a chance to win that prize.
There are a
number of risk shots where the shooters have the choice of shooting
a closer shot for a chance to win a prize if they get the heart, or
they have the choice of shooting a shot at a longer distance target
for a prize of much greater value, like a new bow.
The
shooters only get one shot per target, and each group of shooters
has an assigned score keeper to go around with them. This makes the
Hicks Challenge one of the fairest and funnest shoots around.
Shooters have the
opportunity to walk away with well over $1,000.00 worth of prizes.

Once again Flint Bowmen will be
hosting the Annual Hicks Outdoor 3D Challenge. This year it
will be held on September
11th. The practice range will open at 8am and the event
will begin at 9am and go all day until 5pm.
Bring the kids! There will be prizes
and RISK REWARDS! If you pre-register, the cost is $10.
Waiting until the day of the event will cost $15. Either
way, kids 9 and under are only $5. You can pre-register at
either Hicks Outdoors on Linden rd. or at Flint Bowmen Club.
NO BINOCULARS OR
RANGEFINDERS WILL BE ALLOWED!
