J.O.A.D

Flint Bowmen is proud to introduce a new standard of youth archery development through our year-round J.O.A.D. program — designed for young archers who are ready to grow, compete, and achieve at a higher level.

Structured in 8-week training sessions with short 1–2 week breaks between sessions, this program delivers focused instruction, skill progression, and achievement opportunities in a positive, competitive environment. Weekly tuition is just $12 for Flint Bowmen members and $15 for non-members, making elite-level instruction accessible to dedicated athletes of all experience levels.

Participation does not require Flint Bowmen membership or USA Archery J.O.A.D. membership; however, only registered USA Archery J.O.A.D. members will be eligible for official achievement pins and scholarship opportunities.

To ensure every athlete receives personalized coaching and attention, enrollment is strictly limited to 28 shooters per session with three certified instructors — maintaining a low student-to-coach ratio of approximately 9–10 archers per instructor.
