Opportunities for Kids of All Ages to Enjoy Shooting a Bow:
Spring Outdoor 3-D League
Spring 3-D League-starts April 23-25, Tuesdays 10-12 AM, Tuesday-
Thursday 4 to 7 PM for 8 weeks. Shooters can shoot any day, any time
between 4 PM and 7 PM. Shooters must start shooting the course by 7PM.
We offer 2 stakes for the kids, a stake at about 5 yards and one at about 10
yards. Advanced kids can shoot with the adults at a stake with a max
distance of 30 yards. We also have 2 more stakes at longer distances for
the adults.
This is an outdoor 3-D league that goes through the woods on our 28 acres
property. Parents need to be with the kids at all times during this league.
This league is best for kids who have shot a bow before and are
comfortable shooting at 3-D animal targets. This league is open to the
public, and we offer to rent bows and arrows for league.
Beginner Lessons
Kids wanting to shoot a bow who have no experience or limited experience
need to take a few lessons during our monthly Beginner Lessons from April
through December. These lessons are not a league, but kids, as well as
adults, can take these lessons every month if they wish. For more

These Lessons are open to the public, and we rent bows and arrows for
those who need them.
Fall Outdoor 3-D League (This league is run the same way as the
Spring League, just later in the year.)
Fall 3-D League-starts July 16-19, Tuesdays 10-12 AM, Tuesday-Thursday
4 to 7 PM for 8 weeks. Shooters can shoot any day, any time between 4
PM and 7 PM. Shooters must start shooting the course by 7PM.

Fall Shoot
August 10 and 11. The Fall Shoot is an outdoor archery carnival. We turn
the outdoor practice range into a novelty area with 8 or 9 fun shooting
opportunities to test kids’ as well as adults’ skills and let them have fun with
their bows. We pop ballons, shoot moving clay targets, shoot at milk jugs
filled with water, shoot at a running coyote, and other fun activities.
Shooters on the novelties earn raffle tickets to try to win prizes.
In addition to the novelties, we have a fun 3-D shoot set up, in the woods.
The Fall Shoot is open to the public and we rent bows and arrows to those
who need them.
Fall Kid’s Instructional Leagues
Saturdays starting September 2, at 9 AM and at 1 PM (2 separate leagues)
Mondays starting October 7 at 6 PM
These are 8-week leagues for kids. We offer instruction for kids who want
help. While it is best for the kids to have shot before, if not, we will get
them shooting as best we can during these leagues. All the kids start
shooting at 5 yards and move back as they improve. These leagues fill up
fast, so we pre-register starting August 1. This league is open to the public,
and we offer to rent bows and arrows.
Winter Youth League
2025 Winter Youth Leagues might be changing. We may have a Friday
night and a Saturday morning league to choose from. At this time, we
don’t know exactly what will be happening so keep an eye on this page for
more information in the future.
Winter Indoor 3-D league
Tuesdays, January 7 from 4 PM to 7 PM for 12 weeks. While most of the
shooters in this league are adults, we always have several kids enjoy this
league every year. This league is for experienced shooters who can shoot
at least 10 yards. This league is open to the public.
